Be sure to mark your calendar for Party on the Pavement September 17th from 12-6pm! Wander our ‘Imagine Alley’ behind Hot Shop Glass and shop from hundreds of our blown glass pumpkins! This is the day to shop from the biggest selection of blown glass pumpkins we will have locally! Don’t miss it!
Party on the Pavement encompasses all of downtown and we are a must stop destination on your adventure around the festival! We will have fun free bracelet making for kids thanks to Funky Hannah’s and a special one time sale of beautiful hand made beaded jewelry, generously gifted by local artists to help raise money for a memorial established –the Marj Lacock Award of Excellence presented to artists at both the Racine Arts Council Art Fair and the Starving Artists Fair. Marj was a steadfast supporter of the arts in Racine and a dear friend who passed away in November of 2021. Everyone who knew Marj loved her and her work graces the homes and businesses of art collectors throughout the region.
Stop in and see our studio in action inside too! Glass blowing classes are booked (til December!) but you can watch the action! Learn about glass fusing in this new-ish area of our facility and see what fun it is for the whole family! You can pop into our neighbors (Marci’s on Main, Uncorkt & Littleport Brewery) for a little pumpkin inspired libations too!
