Demonstrations

We are excited to share of knowledge and love of working with hot glass with groups up to 45 in our historic building which houses our studio and gallery.  Dan, Amanda & Jeremy put on a fun show mixing the science, history and artistry of working with this 2000º material.  Demonstrations can be tailored to your specific groups interest and are $150 for a 45 minute program.    We are a popular stop for bus tours coming to Racine…..kringle, Frank Lloyd Wright architecture, the Lighthouse & yes…Hot Shop Glass!  We also bring in visiting artists and have collaborated with the Racine Art Museum (RAM) and The Prairie School in presenting community glass blowing events in our facility.

For smaller groups with limited resources are welcome to stop in during our First Friday’s events from April – December from 4-8:30pm you can see our artists creating.
